As part of understanding the staffing needs of an organization, most organizations report time as either “productive” or “nonproductive”. Do you believe an organization should report time in this manner, and if so, what do you believe the benefits would be? If not, how would you classify the differences in your calculations of full-time equivalents?  How are these time differences used in staffing calculations to annualize positions?
