1. Based on the Information in the case study, write a brief profile of Bella’s (NOTE: quoted material and citations are not required. The profile must include what you determine to be the most significant information about Bella’s that informed or helped you formulate your answers to the following questions (Maximum Length – ½ of a page).

5. Explain why you chose this “POTENTIAL CAUSE” as the source of this PROBLEM. Your explanation must include the following:
1. Why did you identify this POTENTIAL CAUSE as the source of the PROBLEM? Your explanation must include at least two (2) pieces of quoted information from the case study along with a citation and page number to support your argument.
6. What did you think was the situation at Bella’s before you wrote Challenge-1 using Steps 1 & 2 of the Three-Step Problem-Solving Approach? Who did you think was to blame, if anyone, for Bella’s situation? After your first time reading it, what did you think was the best way to solve it? (Maximum of 8 sentences)
