Chapter two of the Baker textbook states there are four things the healthcare manager needs to know about financial management systems.  As a manager, you need to perceive the structure and reasoning that underlies management actions and be able to answer the following four questions:

1. What are the four segments that make a financial management system work?

2. How does the information flow?

3. What are the basic system elements?

4. What is the annual management cycle for reporting results? Provide a brief answer to each of these four questions and explain how you as an arbitrator of the Lord communicate this information to your organization?

Your initial post should be 300 words using APA format. Writing should be supported with Scripture as well as with course text as stated in the Dialogue Grading Rubric.
