information you have learned over this semester and apply it to the text As Long As Grass

such, you have a responsibility going forward to educate others who do not know as much as you

Writing your reflective essay will help you pull together what you have learned. This essay of your reflections should draw on what we have covered in class, but it should be centered primarily on As Long As Grass Grows. Some guiding questions: 1) How does the book examine environmental justice from an Indigenous perspective? 2) What is meant by the terms environmental justice and environmental racism? 3) Who is affected by environmental racism and how are they affected? 4) What are the major themes you have seen in this class and how can you apply them to the book?
