Discussion: Provide a minimum of 250 – 300 word desсrіption of your project. Include the following: • What problem are you seeking to solve? The challenges of meeting deadlines, lack of organization, ensuring privacy and security, meeting state compliance regulations, Competencies and Academic Standards • Why is this important? After the Abstract, the next section of the paper is the ″Introduction and Desсrіption of the Problem/Issue″. You will use this section of the paper to introduce the problem or topic you plan to discuss, providing background information, and explaining why this topic is important and relevant and why it needs to be addressed. This section of the paper should be 2-3 pages, double-spaced. • Introduction & Desсrіption of the Problem/Issue Requirements: Part 2 Should be 2-3 pages, double-spaced (APA formatting) This section of the paper introduces the problem or topic you plan to discuss. Here is where you provide background information, explain why this topic is important and relevant, and why it needs to be addressed. • This section will cover your introduction • Thoroughly describe your topic/issue • Provide background information such as why you selected this issue • Discuss why it the topic/issue is important or relevant to the healthcare facility • Discuss why the topic/issue needs to be addressed • Discuss if your topic is a ″real world″ issue or a theoretical one • Should be 2-3 pages, double-spaced (APA formatting)

The reference sources must not be more than 10 years old.(in other words, use references between 2017 and 2022)…At least 4 references I think.
