Compare and contrast the healthcare system for the country you have selected with that of the United States. In your paper, cover the following areas: Assignment Criteria 1. Describe the healthcare system. 2. Discuss the funding source(s) for healthcare. 3. Explain the availability of healthcare. 4. Elaborate on the per capital expenditures. 5. Evaluate on one commonly used measure of population health (health status indicator) i.e. average life expectancy, perinatal mortality 6. Provide your opinion on how well this country meets the healthcare needs of the entire population. 7. State your opinion on how the healthcare of this country compares to the healthcare available in the United States. 8. The scholarly paper should be in narrative format, 5 to 6 pages excluding the title and reference page. 9. Include an introductory paragraph, purpose statement, and a conclusion. 10. Include level 1 and 2 headings to organize the paper. 11. Write the paper in third person, not first person (meaning do not use ‘we’ or ‘I’) and in a scholarly manner.
